Our major services are;

a.         Providing the Company about accurate and updated information needed to enable the Company to decide about its interest in the territories and for bid preparation purpose such as local material and service availabilities, taxation, accounting, banking, customs, laws and regulations etc.

b.         Advising, assisting and consulting the Company to qualify and/or to be short-listed.

c.         Advising, assisting and consulting the Company in connection with the preparation of bids or other documents required to be submitted by the Company in connection with projects/contracts including any supervision and/or coordination when required.

d.         Assisting and consulting the Company with respect to negotiations relating to the award of contracts to the Company and attend such negotiations as necessary.

e.         Developing access to and maintaining contacts with the officials responsible for the award of the contracts.

f.           Advising, assisting and consulting the Company in establishing procedures with the clients/customers for administration of contracts.

g.         Advising, assisting and consulting the Company in negotiating any claims, variations or disputes with the clients/customers under the contracts.

h.         Advising and assisting the Company on commercial and technical matters as required.

i.           Advising, assisting and consulting the Company in establishing any local partnership such as agency, sub-contractor, sub-supplier, consortium, joint venture etc. in the territory.

j.           Representing companies as an agent.
